 The most important educational problem is the indiscipline among students.it is pointed out that students has lost the sense of discipline.Teachers point out the growth of indiscipline among students.strikes,indiscipline and unhappy incidents in school,have become the regular features of present educational system.The fact is that students become the tools in the hands of certain selfish antisocial elements.The lack of proper training and a sense of frustration may be main causes of indiscipline among students. parents do not give good attention to their children.They do not teach good manners,to respect the elders and love their fellow beings.The children neglected at home and school become more in disciplined. sensible parents and efficient teachers can mound their character through good manners.leaders of several political parties exploit the students for their selfish purposes.many political parties come in touch with the students union and use them for their benefit.we cannot neglected the effect of mass media on students, with the fast developing means of communication,the world is coming too close to us.whenever, students strike breakout, their action will naturally spread to all part of the country.the growing problem of indiscipline is a cancer in the body of educational institutions.self evaluation is required in the part of all sections, especially the parents,teachers,students and even public also.the political parties should keep themselves away from the students.The present educational system must be changed and it should be job oriented. Admission should be based on merit and inculcate moral values among in the minds of students.Necessary punishment should be given to those who are found in disciplined.it can be only through the co-operation of parents, teachers and students.Another remedy for the indiscipline An improvement of academic environment.There should be closer relationship between the teacher and the students.co-operation among the various activities of the institution is very necessary for directing their energies.The students should be helped to develop a good approach towards life.so, let us try to help our students to become disciplined.
